No, the the configuration of the product can be done completely as per your preference. If you do not want to introduce any customisation options, you can easily skip and only show a 3D preview and AR view to your customer.

Opening the 3D model does not impact your e-commerce website speed in anyway. The speed of the website will only be dependent on the user’s network bandwidth. The 3D Model is accessed through the Thridify server and not your website.

The 3D content uploaded by Thridify clients in their respective admin panels is owned by them. Thridify does not own, or monitor the uploaded 3D models and does not hold any responsibility for the content uploaded by the Thridify clients or their respective stores.

The QR codes will stop working once the Thridify subscription is canceled as they are part of the Thridify services. Thridify will keep the QR codes for 1 year so that you can reactivate the same QR codes anytime after re-subscribing.

No, Absolutley not. Thridify does not save your credit card information to activate the free trial plan. Only, when you are planning to go for the paid plan, you need to enter your card details to make the payment.

Thridify is a prepaid monthly subscription service. Like any subscription service, you need to buy a subscription plan in advance to activate your services. You will receive a notification 1 week before your plan expiry with a link to renew or upgrade your subscription. In case you exhaust your free views quota, you will receive a notification to buy additional view credits on your registered email address. You can always purchase directly from the Thridify website or also visit the admin panel.

A 3D model is essential for enabling the 3D view of your product. Thridify can connect with a Thridify preferred 3D model developer for you who can understand your request and create a 3D Model for your product that can then be used for 3D preview.

The maximum size limit for the 3D model for optimum experience is ~ 30 MB and a polygon count of atleast 200000.

Thridify allows users to upload 3D models in .glb format as it is the only format that is optimised for viewing on the web.
