These Terms and Conditions, along with privacy policy or other terms (“Terms”) constitute a binding agreement by and between AAPASTECH PRIVATE LIMITED, ( “Website Owner” or “we” or “us” or “our”) and you (“you” or “your”) and relate to your use of our website, goods (as applicable) or services (as applicable) (collectively, “Services”).
By using our website and availing the Services, you agree that you have read and accepted these Terms (including the Privacy Policy). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time and without assigning any reason. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms to stay informed of updates.

Each subscription license is valid for a single user account to be run on a single website for the specified plan duration.

API Usage

1. API Key Issuance and Usage

1.1 API Key Issuance
Upon account creation, Thridify will issue an API key to the user for accessing our services. This API key serves as the primary method of authenticating incoming requests and associating them with the user's account.

1.2 User Responsibility
The user is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their API key. Any actions performed using the API key will be considered authorized by the user.

1.3 Quota Usage
The user acknowledges that any quota usage associated with their API key is their responsibility. If the API key is lost, exposed publicly, or obtained by a malicious user, resulting in the exhaustion of the user's quota, Thridify and Aapastech Private Limited will not be held liable for any resulting loss or damages.

2. Loss or Compromise of API Key

2.1 Reporting Compromised API Keys
In the event that a user suspects their API key has been compromised, they must promptly notify Thridify support. Upon such notification, Thridify will take steps to block the existing API key and issue a new one.

2.2 Service Disruption
The user understands and accepts that the process of blocking a compromised API key and issuing a new one may temporarily disrupt their access to integrated services. Thridify and Aapastech Private Limited will not be liable for any disruptions or losses incurred during this period.

3. Limitation of Liability
3.1 Exclusion of Liability
Thridify and Aapastech Private Limited shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the unauthorized use of an API key. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.

3.2 Reissuance of API Key
The reissuance of a compromised API key is provided as a service to the user. While Thridify will make reasonable efforts to issue a new API key promptly, the user acknowledges that some delay in the process may occur and that Thridify will not be responsible for any resultant downtime or loss.

4. User Obligations
​
4.1 Secure Handling of API Key
Users are obligated to implement best practices for securing their API key, including but not limited to, storing the API key in a secure location, not sharing the API key with unauthorized parties, and regularly rotating the API key as an additional security measure.

4.2 Compliance with Terms
By using the API key provided by Thridify, users agree to comply with these terms of service. Any violation of these terms may result in the suspension or termination of the user's account and API key.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

You shall be entitled to claim a refund of the payment made by you in case we are not able to provide the Service. The timelines for such return and refund will be according to the specific Service you have availed or within the time period of 15 days (as applicable). In case you do not raise a refund claim within the stipulated time, than this would make you ineligible for a refund.
Return Policy:

An active subscription cannot be returned as the service begin as soon as the subscription is bought. However, you have every right to cancel the subscription from the next billing cycle if you want.

Notwithstanding anything contained in these Terms, the parties shall not be liable for any failure to perform an obligation under these Terms if performance is prevented or delayed by a force majeure event.

These Terms and any dispute or claim relating to it, or its enforceability, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in DELHI, Delhi All concerns or communications relating to these Terms must be communicated to us using the contact information provided on this website.​

Thridify 3D Model Sharing Terms and Conditions
1. Definitions

Thridify: Refers to the website operated by Aapastech Private Limited.

3D Artist: Refers to any individual or entity providing 3D models to Thridify.

2. Purpose
​
The purpose of these terms and conditions is to outline the rights, responsibilities, and obligations of both Thridify and the 3D Artists regarding the sharing, usage, and ownership of 3D models.

3. 3D Model Submission
​
By submitting 3D models to Thridify, the 3D Artist agrees to the following terms:

a. Ownership and Rights

The 3D Artist represents that they are the sole owner of the submitted 3D models.

The 3D Artist warrants that they have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to share these models with Thridify.

b. Exclusive Use by Thridify

The submitted 3D models will be used exclusively by Thridify for demonstration purposes.

Thridify reserves the right to showcase these models on its website, marketing materials, and presentations to potential and existing customers.

c. Intellectual Property

Upon submission, the 3D models become the intellectual property of Thridify.

The 3D Artist agrees not to share these models with any other party or use them for any other purpose without explicit written consent from Thridify.

d. Compensation

While no direct compensation is provided for model submissions, Thridify acknowledges that exposure on its platform may benefit the 3D Artist’s portfolio.
